The early check-in process was seamless, and the upgraded room with a breathtaking view of the Nile River was a real treat. the staff, especially Mariam from reception, was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the amenities, including the infinity pool and fully equipped gym, were top-notch, and we only wish we had more time to enjoy them. the location is fantastic, offering easy access to chic restaurants and galleries in Zamalek. We had the pleasure of dining at Kebabgy and Casa Mia, both offering delicious meals. While we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, I'm sure it would be just as delightful. the French influence at Sofitel truly shines through, adding a touch of sophistication to the experience. the hotel's design, blending French elegance with Oriental charm, is exquisite and sets the perfect ambiance for a memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again soon.
